Simorghshahr

The project is to develop a satellite town on a 80 ha of land located in the south of Tehran (Islamshahr). The project brief includes the development of 10,000 residential units in blocks of 10-30 story high and 200,000 sqm of public buildings including a shopping center. A business center, a university and all other urban services such as school, medical center, etc. Partana’s architectural and Structural team have designed Simorghshar to be an example of affordable housing in Tehran, Iran.
